Je suis retourné au restaurant du casino ( le carré d’as ) ou il n’y avait pas affluence . Oui effectivement il y a quelques mois, je n’avais pas été très satisfait , contrairement aux fois précédentes où je m’y rendais souvent . Aujourd’hui un service différent, jeune femme accueillante & courtoise , mais qui toutefois manque un peu de professionnalisme, et surtout d’organisation, il serait bien que dans ce bel établissement mettre en place pour les accompagner un manager maître d’hôtel ( pas vu ? ) responsable afin qu’il puisse diriger et réorganiser un peu plus tout ça . Côté cuisine très bonne performance, dans le bon sens . Avons vraiment apprécié tous nos plats , bien présenté & préparés avec générosité & justesse des assaisonnement . Dans cette configuration de cuisine les prix deviennent plus acceptable . Le cadre de cette établissement reste inchangé & intemporel , en ce qui me concerne j’apprécie particulièrement c’est ambiance . J’ai souhaitais modifier mon commentaire, afin d’ encourager toute l’ équipe du restaurant qui le méritent . Je peux donc dire aujourd’hui globalement , toute ma satisfaction , mais peut encore je crois mieux faire ! L’établissement le mérites !! ainsi que la clientèle . J’y retournerai prochainement . Quel dommage tout a changé !! Ce n’est plus comme avant ! Plats à la carte peu servi ! Sauf le prix .
